The initial filing consisted of 2,000 shares, without par value. Shareholders were Gordon A. Taylor, C. Gilbert taylor and Herbert F. Brigham, each having one share.
On November 3, 1928, President C.G. Taylor and Secretay harold M. Shaw filed papers to increase the amount of shares outstanding by 1,000.
