The company is listed in both the 1904 and 1905 Rochester City Directories. They were located at 407 St. Paul St. Henry Trebert Sr. was president and H.L.F. Trebert was a mechanical engineer.

The Trebert Auto and Marine Motor Company manufactured four and six cylinder automobile engines.

By 1907 the Trebert Auto and Marine Motor Company was succeded by the Brownell-Trebert Company at the same location.
